Fort Hood, Texas — A 21-year-old female soldier stationed at Fort Hood has been found dead, military officials confirmed Wednesday, marking another tragic incident at the sprawling U.S. Army installation that has seen its share of controversy in recent years.
The soldier, whose identity has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin, was discovered unresponsive in her barracks room by fellow service members.
